Your First Visit to Dr. Sputh's Office

Your first visit to our office is an opportunity for us to become acquainted with you, and you with us. You will meet the members of our staff and be given a brief tour of the office.

At the Initial Examination, Dr. Sputh will conduct a thorough clinical examination and evaluate the need for Orthodontic treatment. This exam is complimentary for children under 18 years of age. For adults there is a $50 exam fee that will be credited back when the patient goes into treatment.

The latest tools of technology will assist Dr. Sputh in explaining his findings and also his preliminary treatment plan. He will also explain the progression of the appointments up to the point of appliances being placed. You will leave the office with all the information you will need to make your decision including a treatment fee plan.

In Dr. Sputh's office, Orthodontics is undertaken on the team approach. Dr. Sputh, his staff, the patient and any family members involved, as well as your Dentist, are all active participants in a successful treatment plan.
