Financial Arrangements for Orthodontic Care

If, at the Initial Examination, it is determined that the patient is ready for treatment, we will not only give you our fees but we will also give you several options as to how payments can be arranged.

1. There is a courtesy (reduction in fee) if the fee is paid in full when treatment begins.

2. Our Office Payment Plan, interest free, allows payments to be made over the course of treatment.

3. We are happy to arrange to automatically deduct your payments from your bank account or credit card.

4. We also offer the services of Orthodontists Fee Plan which allows payments to be scheduled for a longer period of time than is expected for treatment in our office.
In cases where insurance is available, we are happy, as a courtesy to our patients and their families, to manage the filing of all claims and, if you desire, we will arrange for insurance to pay us directly so that you need only pay the amount not paid by insurance.

We believe that Orthodontic treatment is a lifetime investment. With that in mind, we provide all of these options in hopes that everyone who comes to us in need of treatment will find a payment plan that will fit their budget.
